Local context
Thornbury has compact streets near High Street and larger post-war residential blocks farther east and north. Pool systems range from recent plunge pools behind renovated homes to established backyard installations with equipment replaced in stages. Street access may be simple while the side path remains tight.

Post-war blocks beside recent infill pools
Thornbury has older blocks with concrete pools and mature gums, as well as new townhouses with compact plunge pools. A low-flow fault on an older pool needs different checks from the same fault on a compact new system.
Side-path width can control equipment choice
Rear access varies a lot in Thornbury. You might have a full driveway or a 600 mm gap down the side of the house. We need to know what fits down the path before ordering a new heater.
