01

Information needed before replacement

A model number confirms only the existing unit. It does not always prove that the unit was correctly sized or installed. The connected system needs to be considered.

Clear model and rating labels from the existing equipment
Photos showing pipe size, valves, unions, bypasses and available space
Pool volume, spa connection and water features
Electrical supply and control or automation details
The operating problem that led to replacement

02

Common supply categories

The shop supports both complete equipment enquiries and routine maintenance items. Availability is confirmed before collection.

Pool pumps and compatible hydraulic fittings
Cartridge, media and other filtration equipment or consumables
Salt chlorinators, cells and relevant installation parts
Robotic and suction cleaner enquiries and wear items
Heat pump enquiries, connection requirements and controls
Test, cleaning and routine maintenance supplies

03

When testing should come first

Replacement is not the first step when the failed component is uncertain. A new pump can still run dry, a heater can still report low flow and a new chlorinator can still produce poorly in unsuitable water.

Intermittent faults or several devices stopping together
A repeated failure after a recent replacement
Visible leaks around several pipe connections
Equipment that is noisy or hot without a confirmed cause

Before you visit

How the Abbotsford shop visit works

01

Identify

Confirm the existing model, connected system and the reason for the enquiry.

02

Check duty

Review flow, filtration, sanitation, heating or cleaner requirements.

03

Check fit

Confirm dimensions, connections, controls, power and access.

04

Arrange supply or installation

Confirm collection or book installation and commissioning where needed.

Important before you travel

Electrical connection, gas work and other licensed work must be completed by the appropriately licensed trade. Product supply does not change those requirements.

Shop questions

Common questions

If we can't answer it over the counter, it's because we need to measure the pressure, flow, or electricals at your pool first.

Can I replace my pump with the same power rating?+

Power rating alone is not enough. The system flow, pipework, filter, controls, available space and operating duty must also suit the replacement.

Do you keep every part in stock?+

No shop carries every model and revision. Send the model label before travelling so compatibility and availability can be checked.

Can I buy equipment without installation?+

Supply options depend on the product and confirmed compatibility. Some equipment needs licensed connection or correct commissioning to operate safely and retain its intended support.

Should I repair or replace the failed unit?+

That depends on the confirmed fault, part availability, age, condition, operating cost and whether the existing unit suits the system. A symptom alone is not enough to decide.

Bring the sample, label or fault details.

If the problem needs proper measurements at the pool, book a service call instead of guessing at the counter.
