What might cause it
A dirty filter, low pump speed, incorrect bypass setting, air in the circuit or scale through the heat exchanger

We measure flow and pressure through the heater, confirm the valve positions and check whether the fault clears when the hydraulic restriction is corrected
What might cause it
Heat loss may exceed the heater output, or the unit may have reduced output from an airflow, refrigerant, gas or heat-exchanger fault

We record the inlet and outlet temperature difference, ambient conditions and run time, then compare the measured output with the pool volume and heat loss

It may be normal condensate, a leaking union, a drain issue or a leak from the heat exchanger

We dry the area, observe the source through a full cycle and test the water where needed to distinguish condensate from treated pool water
