What might cause it
The unit may be undersized for the pool and season, or heat loss, cover use and operating hours may not match the original assumptions

We calculate the heating load from pool volume, temperature rise, cover use and seasonal ambient conditions before confirming unit size and expected run time
What might cause it
Pump speed, filter condition, valve position or bypass adjustment may be leaving the heater below its required flow
How we check
We measure the operating pressure and flow, then commission the bypass at every pump speed used for heating
What might cause it
The unit may be too close to a fence, wall, roof or another heater, allowing discharged air to recirculate

We check the manufacturer's airflow clearances and observe the intake and discharge path before fixing the final position

It depends on the pool size, the weather and whether you use a cover. We do the calculation so it works properly.
Yes. A cover stops the heat escaping at night. Without one, the heater has to work much harder.
It needs space to pull in fresh air and blow out cold air. It cannot go in a tight shed or right against a fence.
Yes. It lets us control the water flow and makes it easy to take the heater out for repairs later.
No. We do the plumbing and setup. You will need a licensed electrician to run the power cable.
