What might cause it
The heater may not be proving flow, receiving the control command or completing its safety circuit, or it may have a supply fault

We confirm water flow and the external control signal first, then trace the electrical fault within the correct licensed trade boundary

Moisture ingress, insulation breakdown, a damaged lead, motor winding fault or overloaded circuit may be present

An unstable supply, heat-damaged connection, failing internal power supply or enclosure overheating can interrupt the controller
